Description
3 years experience working in a commercial environment, to AWI standards, as a working Shop Foreman.
Experience managing 10 or more employees.
Must be a well organized person and understand how to schedule multiple work cells.
Ability to motivate, train, and discipline employees in a professional manner.
Must speak and understand English.
Knowledge of all wood working machinery as well as CNC equipment.
This position requires you to be working out on the floor with all employees hand to hand.
