Salary: Negotiated based on experience. Estimated range $152,700 - $197,000 (plus bonus)

We are looking for an experienced and effective Director of Operations to lead Company mass timber / lumber facility in the upper Midwest. They will oversee a team of skilled individuals to create world-class structural beams while contributing to Company's mission of radically loving and influencing lives.
This Director of Operations will be responsible for the entire Company operation with focus on increasing efficiency, reducing cost, and implementing automation and improvements across multiple plants. They will oversee materials, scheduling and logistics, production, and performance to ensure business goals and safety & quality standards are met or exceeded.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a custom wood products (Timber, Lumber, etc.) manufacturing environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to think outside the box and generate creative solutions.
• Effective in coping with change and leading others through new processes.
• Ability to communicate professionally during conflicts, internally and externally.
