JOS2062 Finishing Supervisor / Manager
Starting base salary: $70-85k
Summary
Searching for a department manager with experience in finishing and ability to be a lead / train finsihing employees on best practices. Someone open minded to change and a forward thinker would be ideal.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing department of a minimum 5+ custom finishers
- Toning and matching different custom colors of stains on many types of custom products.
- Advanced knowledge of all finishing products, materials, and equipment, computer skills and more
- Sanding, staining, painting, tracking materials, able to meet deadlines and delivery dates, training employees
Requirements
- A team player willing to go above and beyond and teach and train other employees in the department with helpful tips
- ERP systems experience is a must and Innergy is a BIG Plus!
- Willing to assist in other departments should it be needed.
- Bi-Lingual (Eng. / Span.) a plus but not required.
