Starting base wage: $25-35 per hour
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Weinig Moulder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating Weinig Powermat 700 and 1500 series moulders and will be proficient in handling Powerlock (HSK) and thread lock heads. The role involves precise operation of our moulder machinery, re-sharpening of tooling, and occasional maintenance of the equipment.
Responsibilities
-Quality Control: Monitor production quality and make adjustments as necessary to meet high standards.
-General Maintenance: Perform occasional general maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation and longevity of equipment.
-Tooling Re-sharpening: Utilize a Weinig Rondamat grinder to re-sharpen tooling, maintaining sharpness and precision for optimal performance.
-Tooling Adjustment: Adjust tooling as needed to match required specifications, ensuring accurate profiles and shapes in finished products.
-Operate Weinig Powermat Moulders: Efficiently operate Weinig Powermat 700 and 1500 series moulders with Powerlock (HSK) and thread lock heads, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
-Proven experience operating Weinig Powermat 700 and 1500 series moulders.
-Experience with re-sharpening tooling using a Weinig Rondamat grinder.
-Proficiency in using Powerlock (HSK) and thread lock heads.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Strong skills in adjusting tooling to meet specifications.
-Basic knowledge of general machinery maintenance.
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
