Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - FCC Cabinets
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Performance Bonuses (2.5 – 5%)

FCC Cabinets is a national vendor operating out of an 80,000 sq ft fully automated manufacturing plant in Jacksonville, FL. Position Summary:
The CFO will play a critical role in leading FCC Cabinets' financial strategy, enhancing financial reporting systems, and driving cost efficiency. This hands-on leadership position requires a proactive individual with strong manufacturing finance expertise who can bring structure, strategic vision, and innovation to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Health & Efficiency: Oversee cash flow, optimize accounts receivable/payable, and drive cost reduction initiatives. Enhance financial reporting and manage ERP systems.
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Identify growth opportunities through strategic investments.
• Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to address financial, market, and operational risks.
• Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with banks, legal advisors, and key partners to support strategic objectives and maintain strong external relationships.
Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; a graduate degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Accounting) is preferred.
• Experience: Proven financial leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in cost accounting and production efficiencies.
• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in ERP management and driving financial efficiency improvements.
• Integrity & Leadership: High ethical standards with a commitment to transparent communication and a results-driven leadership style.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
Performance Metrics:
• Reduce accounts receivable turns to less than 45 days.
• Increase profit margins by 3-5%.
• Achieve a 5% reduction in material costs.
