Experienced Lead Finisher position available.
Shop Hours are 7-3:30 Monday through Friday with potential for overtime during the week. Also, Saturdays if / when needed.
Wetstone Design and Millwork is a high-end architectural millwork shop looking for passionate craftsmen to round out a team in a family-like atmosphere. We are looking to fill the role of a high-end lead finisher to add to our growing finish shop.
The applicant should be well versed in surface preparation, staining and toning, and using both industrial waterborne and solvent based coatings, maintain an organized finish library, and produce material takeoffs for purchasing. Glazing and Gilded age finishes, or a willingness to learn, are a plus.
The pay will be dependent on experience (33+ Hourly). Health and benefits package include medical, dental and vision. 401K and 401K matching are available. Paid time off includes vacation, holiday, and sick time.
