We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. Benefits include a complete medical and dental plan, life insurance, incentive compensation, and a generous paid time off program. Relocation benefits are available. Wage is based on knowledge, skill level, and experience, with a range of $20.00 to $30.00 per hour with potential for overtime at time and a half.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in millwork, casework, or fine furniture construction
Proficient at reading and working accurately from architectural drawings and shop drawings
Must be physically qualified to lift and carry 75 pounds and perform assigned tasks that require lifting, bending, stooping, and kneeling
Excellent attitude and communication skills
Desire to join a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Responsibilities:
Created and organized cut lists for specific jobs to determine layouts and correct construction methods, materials, and parts
Perform woodworking tasks such as milling/shaping lumber, panel processing, ripping, crosscutting, sanding, all equipment/machinery functions, case construction, laminating, solid woodwork, door construction, veneer work, veneer matching, gluing, and pressing on both interior and exterior millwork
After establishing proper instruction, use assembly machinery: chain and chisel mortising, sliding table saw, frame clamp, table saw, chop saws, and band saws
Understand curved work thoroughly, including proper joinery
Have a complete and thorough understanding of shaper set-up and running straight and radius items
Create fine traditional joineries such as mortise and tenon, lock miter, dovetail, and French miter, as well as more conventional joinery using dowels, pocket screws, and vacuum press bags
Hardware installation and reassembling of finished products
Follow a project through to completion and be responsible for the job's schedule and quality
By producing quality work, you and your team can set the finishing team up for success

We seek experienced Woodworkers or Cabinet Makers with the skill and talent to produce custom casework and millwork for the best architects and general contractors in the U.S. This is an opportunity to produce unique, one-of-a-kind custom pieces that challenge even the best woodworkers.
Below are some of the abilities we are looking for. We will help you learn and encourage you to apply if you don't possess all the skills listed below. But please note that this is not an apprentice-level positionwe are looking for those with relevant experience.
