Job Description:
Manage projects from sale thru close
Attend PM meetings
Manage schedules internally with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and delivery.
Measure profitability during the project and after job completion.
Create change orders.
Take Field measurements
Eligibility Requirements:
Experience in managing the following:
Transferring of all information required to manage from Sales to Project Management:
Verifying the scope of work is correct, confirming quantities and alerting of any discrepancies.
ShopPAK
Reviewing and mark up of submittals
Coordinate with Production Manger to achieve a timely and cost-effective product.
INSTALLATION by Sub-Contractors
Negotiating contracts with the installers.
INSTALLATION SCHEDULING
JOB CLOSE-OUT WHEN Punch list is completed.
Job Salary:
$60K to $85K (pending experience)
