JOS2066 - REMOTE Sales / Business Development
Starting base salary: $100-130K



Summary
Sales Reps develop marketing strategies that support company sales strategy with a focus on the A+D community, General Contractors & Owners Reps. They develop creative revenue opportunities and lead generation to the sales team. Travel is required for this position. This role reports to the President.


Responsibilities
Implement sales tracking tool / software
Project Research & Manage Territory Pipeline Reports
Develop Trade Networking Strategies, in Target Markets
Manage AIA Presentations & Marketing Lunch and Learns
Work with Project PAK & Onscreen Take off systems (OST) to support sales
Work with A & D Community to Develop Project Specs for company's Products
Help Manage the company’s social media accounts, create content & maintain their website
Develop company’s Supplier Relationships that Provide New Revenue Opportunities & Competitive Advantage
Work Directly with A & D, General Contractors & Owner Rep Community on Sampling, Brochures, etc. & Provide Reports for Sales Tracking

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years representing supply vendors for the Interior Architectural Finishes.
4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Interior Design is preferred but not required
Knowledge of all Woodworking Principles & Manufacturing processes
Ability to hand sketch/draft millwork details in plan & Isometric views
Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
Knowledge of AWI and LEED Standards.
Multi-Level Contacts at top Architects
High School Diploma
