We are looking for a full-time, CNC Operator and Programmer to join our team of engineers, and skilled craftsmen in West Orange, NJ. Duties will include operating our Heian 3-axis CNC router with a flat vacuum table and a Fanuc control module, and programming with Microvellum.

Candidate is required to understand detailed technical architectural drawings, be able to create complex program-run setup sheets, develop appropriate set-ups, identify proper tools, determine operational sequences, and operate CNC to produce quality parts. In addition, candidate must have experience establishing and using proper jigs & fixtures. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances in both standard and metric systems. Candidate will need to understand the techniques, tools, procedures, and sequence for the fabrication and installation process of high-end cabinetry and millwork as it will be anticipated that they will be establishing fabrication drawings.
