Pioneer Architectural Millwork is a leading provider of commercial millwork to the General Contractor community in the Houston area. We manufacture and install plastic laminate and veneer casework, desks, wall panels and other millwork scope items. Our focus includes commercial office interior buildouts and medical facilities. We have a 20,000 sqft facility in NW Houston equipped with nested based CNC machinery. We are seeking a new estimator/project manager to help us grow our customer base and sales.
Role Description
Pioneer Architectural Millwork is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. This individual will be responsible for establishing trusted relationships with General Contractors, Estimating millwork jobs and managing the jobs to completion. This is a full time on-site job
Qualifications
• Experience in commercial millwork estimating and project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
• Knowledge of millwork materials, methods, AWI standards and production processes
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage project timelines effectively
• Must be able to accurately read and understand architectural drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting
• Experience with Autocad and/or Microvellum a plus
