Upper Midwest (NOT REMOTE)
Salary: Negotiated based on experience. Estimated range $100-$120

This Production Manager will be responsible for effectively leading and motivating our production teams to set and achieve goals, improve efficiency, and meet or exceed safety and quality standards while reaching sales targets. They will oversee the entire production flow while promoting employee engagement and managing performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leadership, preferably in a custom wood (Timber, lumber, etc.) manufacturing environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to think outside the box and generate creative solutions.
• Effective in coping with change and leading others through new processes.
• Ability to communicate professionally during conflicts, internally and externally.
