Job Description
• Shop Drawings- Review architectural and/or interior design plans seeking potential material or production issues, ambiguities, conflicts, etc. and discuss through effective resolution with appropriate Project and/or Production Managers. Update all drawings per final field measurements including appliance specifications if warranted.
• Bills of Materials- Generate accurate and complete bills of materials based on approved shop drawings. Review as necessary with Estimating and/or Purchasing to ensure materials and hardware items are compliant to specifications, material lead times are understood, and project falls within overall budget parameters.
• Production Drawings- Generate final machine codes through ACC’s custom software in conjunction with Microvellum work order generation and Cut Rite optimization. Generate final fabrication drawings, isometrics, cutaways, etc. for shop production reference as needed.
• Custom Fabrication Design- Produce informative and/or workable production drawings for outsourced items such as metalwork, glass/acrylic, shaker doors, etc.
• Shop Production Overview- Maintain a shop floor presence to assist, troubleshoot, and verify direction regarding any production issue or question.

Salary $70-$85K+ commensurate of experience
