Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Valencia, CA
Salary: Starter base + commission
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing customers in millwork & lumber product sector
Drive sales and increase market share for our range of quality lumber products
Provide expert product knowledge and advice to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Quote jobs
Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the lumber, wood products, or building materials industry
Strong knowledge of lumber milling & millwork processes, products, and market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally
Bi-Lingual very helpful
