Field Cabinet Finisher (Premier Custom Cabinetry Shop in the Charlotte, NC area)

We are seeking an individual with experience in cabinetry/woodworking finishing to handle unique and detailed finishing work. An eye for detail and superior focus on quality, as well as mastery of cabinet finishing techniques, are essential skills for this role. Experience with applying laminate is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to read and interpret cabinet designs and shop drawings
Experienced in cabinetry/woodworking finishing techniques
Must be able to lift 50 lb
Must be able to be on his/her feet for an 8-10 hour shift
Must be willing to drive to/from job sites
Hourly wage commensurate with skills and experience
Stable long term work

Responsibilities
Travel to job sites daily to perform detailed touch-up work on cabinet finishes
Maintain accurate punch lists to track job completion
Give daily report to field manager
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
