We are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

Our company seeks a Finishing Team Leader to join our team. Applicants should have relevant experience for this position. This position offers a rewarding and challenging job opportunity. You can work in a team-based environment with a great culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the Finishing Team.
Be a role model for the team regarding our company values.
Create a positive work environment, including a commitment to continuous improvement.
Interview and select team members.
Train team members in proper finishing techniques. 
Establish and maintain industry-leading finishing quality.
Create standard samples and procedures for checking quality on each job.
Develop work schedules and maintain the Kanban board to ensure adherence to production and delivery requirements.
Produce products with a hands-on approach: prep, prime, paint, and/or stain a wide range of projects, including specialty finishes.
Maintain OSHA and DEQ records and ensure that proper safety procedures are followed.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Willingness to learn.
Quality orientation with an eye for fine detail.
Production-orientation in approach.
Technical expertise in proper sanding and finishing techniques.
Ability and desire to lead and work within a team environment.
Must be highly dependable and able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
Must be interested in a long-term career with our company.
Must maintain a high degree of personal, team, and environmental safety, including properly handling paints and solvents and wearing PPE.
Must be able to tolerate working in an environment with fumes, noise, dust, and other elements, which are a necessary part of a finishing operation.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
