Production and Workflow Analyst
Southeast U.S.
Salary: 100-140K+ (DOE), PTO, benefits, relocation, etc.
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Consultation on plant improvements, equipment, engineering standards and processes, production flow, etc.
• Assist client in implementing the changes to clients company.
• Evaluating and assessing current workflow and conducting studies to provide baseline data.
• Design company specific plant workflow, work cells, and shop organization to maximize throughput.
• Work with company management to review, revise and improve designed workflow plan for implementation.
• Establish accurate budget for workflow plans and plant reorganization; be able to present plan in presentation form/summary form/in person presentation for banking institutions to secure financing for new workflow plan/equipment.
• Work with engineering department to improve workflow procedures and processes.
• Assist with implementation of final workflow plan.
• Analyze and evaluate implemented workflow plan and track/document results in comparison to baseline data.
• Work with company schedule manager to ensure entire workflow maximizes throughput from project award to contract closeout.
• Protecting the reputation of COMPANY at all times to the best of their ability.
• Maintaining a professional, respectful and collaborative culture at all times with COMPANY personnel, customers and vendors/suppliers.
The normal and reasonable working hours for this position is a full-time minimum of 40 hours per week and candidate shall be expected to manage his/her time accordingly. Both COMPANY and candidate understand and agree that this position requires full-time and on-site presence at COMPANY.
