Description:
busy and growing commercial millwork firm based on the East coast. Over the last 20 years, they have forged very successful long-term relationships with a wide range of clients, and, due to our senior estimator retiring; they are currently looking for the right person to join their efforts to expand their footprint.
Typical project value is six figures, and includes healthcare, education, commercial, and to a lesser degree, multi-family residential work.
The ideal candidate will have a full understanding not only of providing takeoffs and pricing, but will also be heavily involved in building relationships with new and existing clients, and offer leadership in terms of reviewing and directing efforts to increase overall profitability.
