We’re a busy custom cabinet shop in Pearl River, NY, doing high-end residential millwork in North Jersey, Westchester, Rockland County, and New York City. We’re hiring experienced cabinetmakers and installers to join our team. If you know how to build clean cabinets, install accurately, and work with a crew that expects quality—you’ll fit right in.

What We Do:
We fabricate and install custom kitchens, vanities, closets, built-ins, paneling, and trim. No box-store stuff—everything we build is custom and built to last. We work from shop drawings, build in-house, and install ourselves.

What You’ll Do:
• Build and assemble cabinetry in our shop (cutting, edge banding, drawers, doors)
• Install cabinets, doors, trim, and hardware on site
• Read shop drawings and follow specifications accurately
• Solve problems on the fly and communicate clearly

• $25–$35/hr, based on experience and reliability

You Need:
• 2+ years of experience in cabinetry or trim work
• Ability to read drawings and install square and clean
• Your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
• A solid work ethic, no drama, and a sharp eye for detail

• Mozaik or CNC experience
• Experience leading small install jobs
• Familiarity with site conditions and custom details
