Job overview
Manufacturer of custom cabinets and millwork seeks a finisher who is competent in all areas of final staining, sealing, priming and painting of wood products to include cabinets, doors, moldings and other wood products. Many of the finishes require tinting and special application. Attention to detail is critical in the performance of this position.
Essential Job Functions
Apply stain, primer, paint, glaze, clear and other finishes to cabinetry and millwork in accordance with product specifications with provided equipment.
Read and follow cabinet plans.
Maintain product schedules.
Maintain spray room and equipment.
Order supplies necessary to facilitate the projects’ timely completion
Follow finishing process steps to ensure color consistency and accurate duplication of samples.
Eligibility requirements
Familiarity with cabinet construction techniques is a plus.
High school education or equivalent.
All pre-hire are required to pass a drug and background check.
Salary
$25-$30.00 hourly commensurate starting pay

3 day weekends every week (unless in overtime situation, have done on voluntary basis)
