+Duties & Responsibilities+:
Proficient in Innergy ERP software for woodworking and custom fabrication.
Prepare bid takeoffs and detailed proposal packages.
Identify labor, material, and time requirements by analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and related documentation.
Research and review project materials and construction methods efficiently.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, including project managers and engineers.
Present estimates by compiling and displaying numerical data and descriptive information in a clear format.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of project and company goals.
+Education, Experience, Skills & Qualifications+:
Proven experience in estimating and familiarity with construction materials and methods.
Strong understanding of how architectural components are engineered and built.
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate, precise work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings.
Team-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Prior experience in specialty construction, custom fabrication, or millwork preferred.
Receptive to direction and feedback in a collaborative, open-minded manner.
