Overview: We are seeking skilled and experienced Cabinet Builders to join our team. As a Cabinet Builder, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinets and retail fixtures according to specifications and designs. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Construct and assemble cabinets, retail fixtures, and other wooden structures based on detailed blueprints and drawings. Accurately measure, use hand tools, woodworking machines, and power tools. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Make adjustments and repairs as necessary to meet client specifications. Maintain a safe and clean workspace. Follow proper safety procedures and protocols when handling tools and equipment. Requirements: Working knowledge of woodworking tools & machinery Working knowledge of cabinetry & other various wood structures/products Experience working with laminates * Experience in manufacturing and assembly, Must be able to take accurate measurements, Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all work with ability to produce good quality work Self-starter Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Flexible approach to working time to meet deadlines/peak workloads Able to work overtime/weekends when required Must be a team player 3-5 year minimum experience required Pay based on experience Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off
