SUMMARY:
As an Account Executive you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products and services to both existing and prospective customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, driving sales, and reaching out to potential clients with a proactive, "hunter's" mentality. You will ensure customer satisfaction by swiftly addressing any issues or concerns and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to prospects by having a hunters mentality
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze territory and market potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in business or a related field
Proven work experience of a minimum of 5 years in direct sales, experience in trade show exhibits retail, restaurants, and/or hospitality a plus
Experience selling imported manufacturing a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Selling manufactured and/or imported products a plus
