We are currently seeking a Millwork Engineer with proven experience in custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. This is not an entry-level role – we are only looking for professionals who know how to engineer, prep, and release projects correctly for production and installation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate shop drawings for kitchens, built-ins, and custom millwork.
Translate design intent into engineered solutions ready for production.
Detail joinery, hardware, and machining for CNC/hand fabrication.
Coordinate with project managers and shop floor team to ensure clarity.
Anticipate and resolve potential build/install issues before release.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural millwork or cabinetry engineering.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar engineering software.
Deep knowledge of woodworking construction methods, joinery, and hardware.
Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, clean drawings.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
