Description
Northern Millworks is a busy custom cabinet and architectural millwork shop in Maryland, NY. Were looking for a Cabinet Maker with experience working on high end residential projects.
Primary Duties
Fabricate custom cabinetry and millwork from shop drawings
Cut, mill, assemble, sand, and prep for finish
Read shop drawings, cut lists, verify dimensions, and maintain tight tolerances
Finishing experience a BIG plus (mixing and spraying catalyzed finishes, staining, etc.)
Requirements
3+ years in custom cabinet shop
Proficient with sliding table saw, shaper, jointer, planer and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to lift 70 lbs and be on your feet all day
Reliable transportation and clean background
