Description
The Assistant Millwork Manager is a hands-on, detail-driven leader within the company’s in-house millwork division. This role supports the Millwork Manager in overseeing daily shop operations while upholding three core pillars essential to success in the position: deep knowledge of the craft, the ability to lead, and strong drafting and technical drawing capabilities.
This person must demonstrate exceptional woodworking skill, a commitment to precision and quality, and the capacity to mentor staff while continually expanding their own expertise. They serve as a critical link between fabrication, drafting, project management, and field execution, ensuring that millwork pieces are produced accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals and timelines.
