Description
I am an estimator with nine years of high-end/custom architectural millwork experience seeking a fully remote estimating position. Experience with Innergy, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, etc. I also have purchasing, project management, labor compliance, and contract management experience and would be interested in a job that incorporates any of these fields as well.
I am willing to work overtime to make sure your bids get out on time, and are as accurate as possible. I can provide monthly reports on win percentages and any other desired metrics to upper management and will use this information to aggressively modify how and what projects are bid to ensure we are targeting your ideal customer.
Seeking a flat salary of $120k/ year, or an hourly rate of $50. I do not require health insurance or other benefits such as 401k/other retirement account contributions. I also have my own Bluebeam and Microsoft Office licenses.
