Summary
The Engineer will support the design, engineering, and production of custom retail display and woodworking projects by developing accurate, detailed shop drawings and 3D models that eliminate guesswork and ensure seamless manufacturing execution.
Responsibilities
-Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, and AutoCAD
-Collaborate with production teams to align engineering details with manufacturing capabilities
-Produce build-ready documentation that supports CNC machining and shop-floor execution
-Support engineering revisions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
-Complete ERP data entry, including part setup, routings, and BOMs
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering, drafting, or detailing within woodworking or retail displays
-Strong understanding of CNC machining, carpentry, and woodworking construction methods
-Detail-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Proficiency in Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, and/or AutoCAD
