In need of an experienced CAD/CAM specialist to help manage our growing workload. We are a Homag-outfitted shop and as such we are running Imos iX 2023. The ideal candidate will have experience with this software suite specifically (or precursors like WoodCAD/CAM). Familiarity with WoodWOP also a plus. We will, however, consider training a candidate with experience in similar software.
You would be working within an established database & cabinet library. Primary responsibility will be to build orders for production, generate detailed shop drawings to guide assembly on the shop floor, and work within a collaborative engineering team to troubleshoot processes with the aim of continual improvement in the areas of construction methods and overall efficiency.
This is a full time position, and although we would like to add to our engineering team in-house we will certainly consider a remote and/or hybrid position for the right candidate.
