Division 6 Services – Norcross, GA
Division 6 Services is seeking an experienced Millwork Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in commercial architectural millwork and casework estimating, with project sizes ranging from $300,000 to $5,000,000. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to interpret architectural drawings, and skilled in producing accurate, competitive bids.
Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Prepare detailed takeoffs for materials, labor, and subcontractor costs
• Analyze blueprints and develop accurate cost estimates
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and lead times
• Prepare and submit complete bid proposals within deadlines
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers for project handoff
• Maintain organized records of bids, revisions, and pricing
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in millwork or casework estimating
• Strong understanding of AWI standards and woodworking terminology
• Proficiency with estimating tools (Excel, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
