Salary- $80,000 base PLUS Profit Sharing (90K-100K total annual compensation!)

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator, where your expertise will drive the success of the company's projects from conception to completion.
The projects you will be estimating will be primarily KITCHEN AND BATH, but there will also be some MILLWORK/WOODWORK Estimating for other interior projects.
As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and project managers. Your proactive approach and construction estimating skills will ensure projects are financially viable and aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive construction estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements using tools like Excel, Bluebeam, Innergy, Takeoff, and/or HeavyBid software.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate pricing and scope of work to ensure competitive bids.
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for various construction components, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Assist in developing project budgets, cost control strategies, and schedule planning to optimize project profitability.
- Review contracts, scope of work documents, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness in estimates.
- Support project management teams by providing accurate cost data throughout the project lifecycle to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Stay informed about market trends, material prices, labor rates, and industry best practices to maintain competitive and realistic estimates.
Experience
- Proven experience in millwork/woodwork construction, estimating kitchen/bath projects and interiors with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Excel, Bluebeam, Innergy, Takeoff or HeavyBid.
- Solid knowledge of construction site operations, contracts, cost control measures, and pricing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with construction site activities or previous roles in construction management is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools that support effective project delivery.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data sets accurately.
