Morris Black & Sons is a long-established casework and millwork company built on quality, consistency, and doing what we say we’re going to do. We produce frameless residential cabinetry along with commercial casework and millwork, with a strong presence in healthcare and other commercial work.
We have steady work, a solid team, and we’re looking to add a few great people in key roles—Project Management, Estimating (Remote), and Manufacturing Leadership at the supervisor level. If someone in the manufacturing role has experience around shipping, that’s a big plus.
What matters most to us is how someone works. We’ve worked hard to build a team that communicates, supports each other, and takes ownership. It’s a professional environment, no drama, and people take pride in doing things the right way.
We do run a structured operation. We use INNERGY as our ERP and it’s part of how we manage work day-to-day. Experience with it is a big advantage, but more important is being comfortable working within a system and staying organized.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with a very strong profit sharing program and bonus potential. Full-time position, benefits included (medical, dental, 401k), and the work is primarily local. Relocation available for the right candidate(s).
