Description
Busy custom millwork company is seeking a general shop helper to assist with the following tasks:
- Organize and clean the shop to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist cabinet makers and installers.
- Wrap and protect finished millwork for delivery.
- Load, unload materials and deliver to jobsites, cabinet parts etc, with the ability to lift heavy millwork and avoid any damage.
- Operate power and hand tools (e.g., sanders, drills, tape measures).
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to take direction from the team.
- Follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
