Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Overtime opportunities may be available. Occasional weekend hours may be required based on production needs, workload, and project deadlines.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Millwork Laminate Technician to join our production team. This position assists with the lamination process used to manufacture custom millwork, cabinetry, countertops, panels, and other architectural woodwork products.
Previous millwork or laminate experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and surfaces for lamination
- Measure, cut, and apply laminate to wood, MDF, particle board, or other substrates
- Apply adhesives properly and safely
- Use power tools and shop equipment to trim, finish, and complete laminated pieces
- Inspect finished products for quality issues
- Read basic work orders, measurements, drawings, or shop instructions
- Assist with material handling and shop organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and production timelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
- Basic measuring skills preferred
- Comfortable working with power tools and shop equipment
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/shop environment
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Able to lift materials as needed, typically up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Preferred Experience
- Experience in millwork, cabinetry, countertops, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing
- Experience working with laminate, adhesives, panels, or substrates
- Experience using routers, laminate trimmers, saws, rollers, files, or similar shop tools
- Ability to read basic shop drawings or measurements

This position is performed in a non-climate-controlled millwork warehouse/shop environment. The workspace is well-ventilated, with large overhead doors opened to promote airflow. Employees must be comfortable working in varying temperatures, standing for extended periods, handling materials, and working around machinery, power tools, and shop equipment. Safety procedures must be followed at all times.
