Hiring for all positions, including, Cabinet builder/laminator, solid surface fabricator, Laminator, Custom work fabricator, and Hardware installer. Willing to train where needed to fabricate to our standards! Seeking individuals that are extremely motivated to learn, work hard, and arrives to work daily and on time. Potential candidates need to be well rounded and prepared to handle a variety of tasks. Experience is required. Please do not apply if you lack the ambition and motivation needed for these positions. This is NOT a standard manufacturing plant or production line, hands on work is required daily. Potential promotions available from within. Qualifications:
Energetic, hardworking individual that takes pride in their work and wants to learn in all areas of the shop.
Ability to pay attention to detail and work under minimal supervision.
Ability to be on time to work daily. Must not have obligations that cause continual days away from work on a regular basis.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced schedule that may change daily.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Ability to use basic hand tools and read a measuring tape accurately.
Ability to work hands-on and learn by doing.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Job Duties (depending on position): Building, laminating, operating typical woodworking equipment, operating forklift, loading and unloading trucks, solid surface fabricating.
Hourly wage is based solely on your experience.
We are a drug free workplace. You must be able to pass a drug screening test before starting. Our company pays 100% of the drug screening cost.
Our manufacturing shop conditions can get very hot during the summer and very cold during the winter. Please dress accordingly.
