Established growing millwork manufacturing company seeking experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and custom millwork projects from production through installation. Company produces approximately $7 million annually in products and offers a stable, professional work environment with long-term growth potential. COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: $100,000 annual salary, $5,000 sign-on bonus, Additional $5,000 bonus after 6 months based on satisfactory performance, Health insurance provided. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage millwork projects from planning through completion, Coordinate scheduling, production, purchasing, and installation, Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards, Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in project management, preferably in millwork, woodworking, cabinetry, construction, or manufacturing; Strong organizational and communication skills, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Knowledge of estimating, materials, and production processes preferred.
