Neshaminy Valley Millwork is looking to add to our estimating department. We are a commercial millwork shop located in Bensalem, PA. We are seeking an estimator with experience in millwork, casework and architectural woodwork.
Job Responsibilities: Perform takeoffs and estimates of architectural woodwork, millwork and casework for commercial construction projects based on architectural/construction drawings. Estimates include materials, shop labor and installation labor as well as specialty product pricing gathered from vendors. This position requires maintaining excellent relationships with clients and vendors.
Typical projects: Hospitals, Office Fit Outs, Schools and other commercial projects
Key requirements: Experience in commercial construction estimating, preferably with custom millwork and architectural woodwork; knowledge of Microsoft Office products; knowledge of On Screen Takeoff or Planswift and Project Pak software preferred but will train if necessary. Must have good communication skills.
