We have an outstanding opportunity for a Design/ Product Engineer ready to step into a Project Manager position.

Very well-established company in an excellent area in the Carolinas with proven growth and stability.

• Must come from Architectural Millwork Manufacturing and have a stable work history.
• 3+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or custom woodworking engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD required; SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of woodworking materials, joinery, hardware, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
