Seeking senior-level project manager/estimator with ambitions of transitioning to GM/Operations Manager/VP level financial type role.
Company is a high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork manufacturer serving the luxury residential market for over 35 years.
Company has built a strong reputation as one of the premier firms able to successfully handle difficult, highly customized projects that require strong organization, communication, problem solving, attention to detail, with calm execution under pressure.
The successful candidate will involve being able to handle situations where there is no standard solution and being able to address this successfully with clients, builders, architects and designers to eliminate the problems that can derail the project.
While direct cabinetry or architectural millwork experience would be a plus, the company is open to related high-end industries as long as the candidate has strong project management skills.
Compensation $120-$150k starting annual salary commensurate of experience
Benefits include health insurance, PTO and Holiday Pay
