Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Millwork Estimator to join our team. This is a mostly in-house position, though we are open to considering some work-from-home days for the right candidate once established.
Key Responsibilities
Blueprint Analysis: Review and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.
Quantity Takeoffs: Perform detailed material takeoffs for custom cabinetry, paneling, and trim.
Cost Estimation: Calculate total project costs including materials, labor, and shop fabrication.
Proposal Development: Prepare professional bid packages for clients and management.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years in millwork or architectural woodworking estimation.
Software Skills: Excel experience is required.
Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency in reading 2D architectural drawings.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Health Benefits: Candidate is expected to have their own health coverage; however, this can be negotiated as additional salary/compensation for the right hire.
Holidays: All major holidays paid.

Work Structure: Primarily in-house/on-site with potential for occasional remote flexibility.
