Description
Kidandcad builds climbing structures, slides, lofts, and reading nooks to furniture standards, because our work gets climbed on daily for years. Our work goes into homes, community centers, and commercial spaces nationwide. We design, engineer, and build everything in-house and we're adding an experienced installer to the shop for immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
-Install custom millwork and play structures on job sites: rigging, anchoring, scribing, final fit and finish
-Resolve field conditions that arise
-Prep, wrap, and load projects in the shop between trips
-Travel 2-3 weeks a month; flights and per diem covered
Requirements:
-3+ years installing millwork, casework, exhibits, scenic work, or equivalent
-Proficient with site tools, laser levels, and anchoring into varied substrates; able to work in finished spaces without damage, ability to work with minimal oversight and adept at quick decision-making
-Professional conduct with clients on site
-Valid driver's license; able to lift 50+ lbs and work at height
