Description
Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.
Expeditor and Expediting experience to track materials, manage submittals, and ensure timely delivery of millwork components.
Inspection skills to review fabricated and installed millwork for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, shipping, and site deliveries for multi-phase commercial projects.
Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial millwork or interior construction projects, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
Strong ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings and collaborate with design, engineering, and fabrication teams.
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management software and basic office applications; experience with construction management tools is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
