Since 1987, Bishop Woodcraft has built custom staircases and railings for estate homes across
the Mountain West—the kind of work designers and luxury builders stake their reputations on.
We're looking for an installer who takes pride in the joint nobody else would notice and the finish
the homeowner can't stop touching.
You'd install custom wood staircases and railing systems in high-end homes, read detailed shop
drawings, and finish every piece to a standard you'd put your name on. If your standard is
"right," not "done," you'll fit right in.
You bring:
● Real woodworking skill and an eye for detail
● Experience with custom staircases/railings or strong finish carpentry
● Reliability and professionalism in clients' homes
● The ability to read drawings and speak up when something's off
