COMMERCIAL CABINET MAKER – LITTLETON, COLORADO
$22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Casework Logic is hiring a full-time Commercial Cabinet Maker for our shop-based casework assembly and trim-out department in Littleton, Colorado.
We are a commercial cabinet and architectural casework manufacturer producing CNC-machined casework for dental, medical, educational, and other commercial projects. This is primarily a shop-based manufacturing and assembly position, not a field installation position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble commercial cabinets from CNC-machined and edgebanded components
• Read shop drawings, cabinet details, part labels, and work-order instructions
• Install and adjust hinges, drawer slides, doors, drawer fronts, pulls, adjustable shelves, and other cabinet hardware
• Check cabinet dimensions, squareness, fit, finish, and hardware operation
• Identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly machined parts and report discrepancies before proceeding
• Protect, label, wrap, and stage completed cabinets for shipment
• Record work and production time accurately
• Maintain an organized work area and help keep projects moving through the department
• Work cooperatively with the department lead, machine operators, and other cabinet makers
QUALIFICATIONS
• Cabinet assembly, commercial casework, millwork, woodworking, or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read shop drawings and accurately use a tape measure
• Experience assembling frameless commercial cabinets strongly preferred
• Ability to install and properly adjust cabinet doors, drawers, hinges, and slides
• Good attention to detail and willingness to inspect your own work
• Ability to follow approved drawings and promptly report discrepancies or questions
• Dependable attendance and ability to work productively as part of a team
• Basic cabinetmaker’s hand and cordless power-tool set in safe working condition
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and perform repeated bending, reaching, lifting, and material handling
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry materials and cabinets weighing up to 75 pounds, using team lifting or material-handling equipment when appropriate
• Commitment to shop safety, proper PPE use, and good housekeeping
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on demonstrated experience
