Description
Alpine Millwork is a specialty moulding shop in Middletown, NY. We make over 10,000 stock profiles plus custom mouldings for contractors and distributors. We're hiring 2 experienced moulder operators for our production floor.
What you'll do:
- Run our Weinig Powermat 500 moulders to produce stock and custom profiles
- Set up and change knives and heads, read profile drawings, check dimensions
- Keep quality consistent and catch defects before they ship
- Handle basic machine upkeep and keep a clean, safe work area
What we're looking for:
- Experience running moulders in a millwork or wood products shop (Weinig a big plus)
- Setup experience preferred; knife grinding a plus
- Able to read a tape and calipers and follow drawings
- Reliable, on time, safety-minded
- Forklift experience a plus
Pay: $22-25/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
