Job Description
Hansen and Bringle is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Cabinet Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our custom cabinetry manufacturing shop.
The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in cabinet manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the technical knowledge necessary to manage production from start to finish.
Responsibilities
*Oversee and manage daily cabinet shop operations.
*Supervise shop employees and coordinate production schedules.
*Read and accurately interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed cabinet plans.
*Have hands-on experience building and assembling custom cabinets.
*Operate, set up, and troubleshoot woodworking machinery and CNC equipment.
*Program CNC machines for cabinet manufacturing.
*Work with Cabinet Vision or similar cabinet design and CNC programming software.
*Monitor production quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
*Coordinate materials and ensure efficient workflow.
*Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
*Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical guidance to employees.
Requirements
*Proven experience in custom cabinet manufacturing.
*Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods and woodworking machinery.
*Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
*Previous supervisory or shop management experience.
*Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
