This Cefla CVS UV (4 sided) Vacuum Coating Line was not used on a daily basis. It consists of a 12′ infeed. On the front of that infeed you will find the vacuum coater with the twin vacuum pumps and reservoir sitting just behind the oven and infeed. The CTU8 curing oven has (8) adjustable total UV lights, (2) on the bottom, (2) on the top, and (4) on the sides. Exiting the oven you will find a 12′ outfeed followed by a 10′ four sided sanding station with a dust removal tunnel at the very end. (Sander can also be placed before the infeed conveyor as well.) Replacement cost is $250,000-300,000 (2024)
