Biesee Akron 1330, 2015 model year. Has servo controls on the trimming units and saw. Runs at 12 meters / minute. Has anti-adhesive, premill, gluing statoin, end trim, fine trim, corner rounding, radius scraper, flat scraper, and buffer. We are a small shop, so it doesn't run all the time. It runs on average 15-18 hours per week. We do a mix of Face Frame residential and commercial, so sometimes it doesn't run for a coupe weeks at a time. It has been a great machine for us. It's very easy to change programs and run. Replacement cost for a new one similar setup is roughly $120,000 I'll load it on a truck.
We upgraded to a larger bander otherwise this one wouldn't be going anywhere.
