Description
German made planer in excellent working condition. I own Martin, Panhans, Griggio, SCM and Felder equipment as well as many USA high end machines. The build quality of this planer equals any of these (1700 lbs of fine German iron). The planer is in perfect working order. Motor is 4 HP (3 KW) and can be operated on 440 or 380 volts. I have a video of it in operation, by the software that used to shrink/ edits videos, no longer does.
The cutting width is 410mm, or just over 16 inches. The max thickness is 200mm or just under 8 inches. The feed can be quickly disengaged if necessary. There are 2 feed speeds via a belt change. The covers on each side are quickly removed by rotating a sprung knob.
The dust hood has a 6 inch diameter snap lock fitting.
Pick up at my shop in Abita Springs, LA is free. I'll strap to a pallet and deliver to a terminal for 100. (saves at least 100 in freight). I get decent rates from a broker if needed.
