 Maximum panel sizes feeding all 4 sides: 45" x 45"
 Maximum panel sizes feeding long sides: 45" x 96"
 Maximum panel sizes feeding short sides if equipped with PT-90 Turner Option: 30" x 78" or if equipped with PT-90 and extended capacity: 30" x 84"
 Maximum panel weight capacity: 80 lb
 Thin and lower density panels may reduce the maximum size capacities of the return conveyor.

DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT
For Edgebander, model to be determined
 The proposed Return Conveyor Model BT3-30 will be configured as follows:
o A 30" wide x 5' long receiving conveyor with 2" Ø PVC rollers on 3" centers
o A 30" wide x 36' long return conveyor with 2" Ø PVC rollers on 3" centers
o Pass height: 30" to 42"
o A belt transfer device 6" wide featuring 9 transfer belts
o A transfer by-pass switch
o Variable speed switch located on operator console
o Motorized infeed rollers:

o A PT-90 panel turner to return long rectangular panels lengthwise
Rather after finishing of their narrow side
o Voltage: 220 or 440 / 3 / 60, 8 amps
o Compressed air requirement: 10 cfm @ 90 psi
o A right hand return
